The free caseReceived 26 June 1987; published in the issue dated 15 February 1988 The Lagrangian for a single free soliton in N=2 supergravity, as proposed in an earlier paper, is studied. We analyze the algebra of constraints and discuss the local gauge symmetry due to the existence of first-class constraints.
