Using data collected by the CLEO II detector at a center-of-mass energy on or near the Υ(4S) resonance, we have determined the 90% confidence level upper limit B(B̅ →Λc+e-X)/B(B̅ →(Λc+ or Λ̅ c-)X)<0.05 for electrons with momentum above 0.6GeV/c. We have also obtained the limit B(B-→Λc+p̅ e-ν̅ e)/B(B̅ →Λc+p̅ X)<0.04 at the 90% confidence level and measured the ratio B(B̅ →Λc+p̅ X)/B(B̅ →(Λc+ or Λ̅ c-)X)=0.57±0.05±0.05.
