The arguments advanced in the preceding Comment do not affect our basic result that short- and long-distance contributions are both very small and of comparable magnitude in the BcBu*γ decay. Accordingly, this decay remains a most suitable ground for probing enhanced short-distance contributions to the cuγ transition, coming from physics beyond the standard model. We also explain the framework of validity for the form factors we derived.
