D 65, 087301 (2002) [3 pages]Bending of light and the cosmological constantReceived 22 October 2001; published 25 March 2002 The bending of light in Kottler space (the Schwarzschild vacuum with a cosmological constant) is examined. Unlike the advance of the perihelion, the cosmological constant produces no change in the bending of light.
